#1 Plan ahead! It will make it so much easier if you have your newborn photographer booked before having baby. Make sure they specialize in newborns.
#2 Decide if you want your session to be in studio or lifestyle at home in the nursery or master bedroom
#3 Prep the outfits
#4 day of session crank up the heat
#5 Feed baby before the session a full tummy is better than an empty one

Oh my goodness the sweetness in the session is too much! Brother & sister twins had such a bond during their newborn session it was a joy to document!
