the Ritchie Hill House and it was a renovators dream and photographers too! And soon it will become yours too; if your looking for the perfect intimate gathering space (It can hold up to 175 guests.) The detail in the house was amazing, to start off with the grand porch that surrounded the house, the moldings, the fireplaces, the glass windows, original doors,  the staircase even the kitchen was taken into consideration in the design plans to "what a chef would want in their kitchen." There were many different rooms and so much to look at and admire. This house was truly a work of art and very well done. History is preserved.
